Hi, I’m Anya Stekoll.

I am a Bend-based clinical psychologist with experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults. I am licensed to practice in Oregon, California, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. I have extensive experience offering virtual therapy to adults and am now expanding my practice to include in-person sessions as well.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. I also have specialized training and experience in Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD and specific phobias.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, practicing yoga, and exploring new hobbies, most recently, learning to knit! I also love spending time with my family, my husband, our three kids, and our cat.
