Finding a therapist you connect with makes a big difference in the therapy process. It’s important to work with someone you feel comfortable with and can trust. As we begin meeting, my goal is to ensure that my approach feels like a good match for you.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals for therapy, scheduling, fees/insurance, and to answer any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit before scheduling your first session.
Forms for Your First Session
Before your first appointment, I will email you a secure link through SimplePractice with a few forms to complete. Completing these ahead of time helps make our intake session more focused and impactful.
What to Expect at Your First Session
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, review your history, and clarify your goals for therapy. We’ll also discuss your treatment approach, what therapy might look like for you, and any questions you have about the process.
Scheduling & Payment
Sessions are typically 53–55 minutes and are currently private pay. Clients are billed monthly for sessions, and I can provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. We’ll work together to find a session time that fits both our schedules.
